The pros and cons of an entrepreneurial career are explored. Students learn the importance of making personal trade-offs to cope with uncertainty, failure, and success. The evolution of organizational structure in the entrepreneurial firm and the stages of venture development are emphasized. Fostering the entrepreneurial and creative spirit of the large and small organization is a focal point.
