Students will participate in introductory field or laboratory research and become familiar with discipline-specific activities including: gathering data; seeking scholarly sources; acquiring knowledge about professional and ethical issues; and learning about funding or permit-granting procedures pertaining to anthropological research. Students select their research topic in consultation with supervising faculty. |
