Painting studio courses provide instruction in the fundamentals of painting for the beginner, and encourage independence in the more experienced student. Work may be based on observation or conceptual motifs. Powerpoint presentations of historical and contemporary paintings generate classroom discussion. Instruction is tailored to the individual’s level of accomplishment. |
