Description: |
Students gain a clear understanding and working knowledge of various theories of psychological development, from perspectives including environmental, maturational, ethological, educational, organismic, cognitive moral, learning theory, psychoanalytic, experiential, humanistic, and life stages. Students will learn to recognize developmental issues in life and in various cultural contexts. |

Be able to describe the role of culture, ethnicity, gender, SES, etc. in explaining human development;3.
