Description: |
This course provides an overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and its application in clinical practice, particularly with difficult to treat individuals. What makes DBT unique is its emphasis on dialectical thinking and its blend of eastern Zen practices of radical acceptance with western cognitive and behavioral therapies of change. |
