Description: |
Intensively supervised diagnostic interiewing and psycho-diagnostic testing. Students serve as part-time psycho-dianosticians in the Programs's Center for Psychological Services. |
Learning Goals: |
1. Students will learn how to form a therapeutic relationship in the initial phase of individual psychotherapy.2. Student will learn how to formulate a psychotherapy treatment plan and engage patients in working toward treatment goals3.Students will learn interventions appropriate to patient and treatment plan4. Students will learn how to manage obstacles to attaining goals in individual psychotherapy.5.
