Description: |
Students are introduced to foundations for teaching basic rhythms/dance activities such as jump rope, line dances, and physical fitness activities, such as aerobic dance, distance running, flexibility and strength exercise, to develop health-related physical fitness for Pre-K through high school students of varying abilities. |
