Description: |
Students will work to understand fascism as one of the great social, political and ethical dangers of modernity. The course will examine how to classify and define fascism in historical examples as well as contemporary society; how fascism appeals to people's need for group belonging; how to resist fascism. It will involve reading works of philosophy as well as watching films. |
